Samples
Samples can be sent before the real order per customers’ requirement, which are not free charge.
Transport costs are not included in the price.
Delivery will take approximately 6 working days, and the sample will be sent on the next day of payment received.
We accept payment via telegraphic transfers.(T/T), Western Union money transfer, L/C.

Orders
Goods are sold at wholesale price from Guangzhou L-Sun Technology  Co.,Ltd.
All goods are quoted F.O.B Guangzhou, china.
Goods will be sent through our own freighting agent, you should make the purchase C&F.
Delivery time of goods depends on quantity ordered, thus availibilty, and will be specified on each individual transaction.

Warrenty and refunds
New Goods have 12 months warrenty after date of delivery.
Refurbished mobile phones have a warrenty of 1month after the date lof delivery.
Conditions:The buyer will be responsible for the transport costs of all returns, to the offices of  L-Sun Techonogy Co., Ltd. in Guangzhou .
After inspection of goods, the clients will be issured with new stock, or repaired returned goods.
Cases will be delt with individually.
World Connect accepts responsibility for the quality of all goods.
Sample specifications and features is a direct reflection of goods delivered when orders are made and delivered.

Inspection of goods
Clients are permitted to appoint for inspection which can be the S.G.S agents based in ShenZhen, China. Payment for inspection will be charge of the client.
